Overview: I was born in November on the caribbean island of Antigua, gained my love for music at an early age and by 5 years old, I was singing and performing around the house with my brothers and sisters for my family. I was influenced by singers such as Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson, Barry White, Stevie Wonder and Luther Vandross. With the help of my mother I was able to enter local talent shows where I was awarded a few times for my outstanding performances. By the time I turned 10, I was singing in the church choir. By age 12 I began to realize my song writing capabilities and skillfully started writing my own songs and at times performing them at different venues. However, the Caribbean’s a tough place for an aspiring R&B artist and like most young boys I got heavily into sports. As I got into my teens I couldn’t keep the music out of my head and after one night in a karaoke bar I realized it’s what I was meant to do.
