Overview: Kelley Locklear Jacobs is a Native American (Cherokee/Hawiian) artist and musician. Februarylocklear is Kelley Locklear Jacobs. Kelley first picked up the guitar at the age of seven. Since then she has been playing a wide repetoire of music that she covers and gives new renditions to as well as her own original material. Kelley performs annually at the Baltimore American Indian Center's Pow-Wows as well as other Pow-Wows. Most notably Kelley appeared on 98Rock's Mickey and Ameilia show in 2005 and won a 'guitar-off' contest. Most compare her guitar playing to Jimi Hendrix and Jimmy Page and her vocal style to Tina Turner and Annie Lennox.
