Overview: In Retrospect was founded by Joey D'Amelio and Doug Donato in 2006. The original idea was to perform simple blues songs with Joey on Guitar and Doug on harmonica. In Retrospect has since grown and now plays their original songs, as well as a few covers. Joey D'Amelio plays both rhythm and lead guitars, and Doug Donato takes all vocals, piano/ synth/ organ, and harmonica. They play at several places around Connecticut including "The Space," "The Webster Underground," and "The Palace Theatre," and are currently recording their debut CD "Out Of Orbit" at Long Hill Recording in Shelton, CT.
