Overview: Jim is a singer/songwriter, keyboardist, and music director for Crossroads Community Church in Westminster, MD. He has played a diverse range of styles over the last several years, and has worked with many talented people here in Maryland. Although Jim’s main style of music would be more aptly classified as Christian pop, much of his work has crossed over effortlessly into the country genre. In describing his music, Jim says, “I believe my vibe is in telling stories set to music. I write and sing about love, loss, faith, and the struggle that goes with faith. I keep putting out music that I think is top 40, and someone will say, 'that's a great country song'. Maybe my own muse is trying to tell me something.” Jim’s album, The Finish Line is slated for a late 2011 release, although he has early-released it before all the final mixes.
