Overview: SLED was started in 2001 by Lisa and Dan Himan, currently married for 17 years. After years of playing guitar, and turning down offers of going professional, Dan noticed Lisa singing certain songs. So in secret Dan learned these cover songs, and started to play them for Lisa. Next thing you know,they started SLED.The band consists of Lisa on vox and 2nd guitar, Dan on lead guitar, Sinner on bass, and Jeff on skins. We don't focus on whats hot, or "in", we just play what feels good. Basically oblivious to the out side world. We are currently living in the bay area, around San Jose. There seems to be a enormous amount of talent here, but not a lot of interest in new real rock. But who cares, this is a passion for the group, something we enjoy, like a form of therapy.
