Overview: CAPITAL HILL is a rap group from the southside of chicago consisting of 3 members: Cavalier, Floyd Fluid and Soahk. Their movement (or campaign as you might call it) is aimed at the hearts of the Chicago people. The goal is to change the current state of hip hop from the watered down club juke songs back to REAL TALK, which is what hip hop is in the first place. Versatility is one of the unique attributes that makes CAPITAL HILL standout in the present times of music revolution and movements.
