Overview: In 2007 the Roy David Scott band played their first full country show at the Eagles Hall in Sparta, Michigan to a crowd of 30 people. Two months later they opened for Chris Cagle on the Intersection stage in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In 2008 they released their first single, “County Line, followed by “Make Mine Whiskey, both being featured on Clear Channel B-93. Soon thereafter they made it into West Michigan's final four in Kenny Chesney's “Big Star Contest. They also opened for numerous national acts. In 2009 they kicked off the year in the studio, and on May 9 released their first CD, “County Line.
