They are a band from just out of Chicago that formed in early October of 2008, where Brian met drummer Matt through a friend from High School. During the last 2 years They have been playing decent shows and every show played the sound guy told them that they had a heavy sound without a bass player which was weird to hear that, even without a bass player present.
