Steve Ed Stone

Overview: Steve Ed grew up on the banks of the Tennessee River in North West Alabama near Muscle Shoals. Upon his release from military service in 1973 he drifted around the U.S.A. like a tumbleweed visiting every state in the continental United States except Alaska. Those were the best of times and the worst of times for Steve Ed and many of his songs are written from memories of those turbulent years. His vocal and lyrics are tender and heart wrenching painted with the emotion of real pain and loss but sometimes as jovial and carefree as a butterfly at a beerfest. Steve Ed is well worth the listen if you're looking for that perfect combination of original and traditional country music.
