Overview: Jamie Pellington (born July 3, 1986) is an American singer, songwriter and guitarist with the passion and drive to succeed in the music industry. At the age of 15 she began playing guitar and writing her own music. Then in the summer of 2001 she won the Morgan County talent show in Jacksonville, Illinois with a song she wrote "Across the Room". By the time Jamie turned 18 she was signed to a record label in Orlando, Florida called Interlude Entertainment. After her contract ended in 2007, she began working as a full time musician, performing on cruise ships such as the Starlite Majesty and the Lady Anderson, a 60's tribute show called "Lets Hand On", as well as local Florida venues. In the spring of 2010, Jamie headlined a fundraiser held in her honor which was promoted across the town of Jacksonville, IL (her home town) through newspapers, flyers and posters.
