Reggie Smith was born and raised in Birmingham, AL. In his childhood and early adulthood, his passion was music. Reggie has been playing the bass guitar, drums and singing since elementary school.

At the age of 17, Reggie formed his first band called, Funk Unlimited. After high school, Reggie organized the new band called, Caution Band. Prior to recording songs, Reggie formed Automatic Band.

From there, Reggie came to San Francisco, CA in 1983 and started recording his first music. Reggie is currently recording new music.
