Shawn Hager
My name is Shawn Allen Hager and I was born on 5-8-1968 in Easton, Pennsylvania. My father was Thomas Hager a stock car driver and my mother Kathy Kauffman. Growing up I was raised around the racecar and going to races all over Pennsylvania. The love wasn't for the racecar though, I myself loved the music. My favorite bands that influenced me were bands such as; Led Zepplin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, and Doors. As a teenager I was in a band with some friends as a singer. We performed at local bars and at my school dance. As we got older we drifted a part and went our separate ways. I slowed down with the music when my child was born. My love for music was never lost, after a few years I took my interest in music to the next level. I bought my first set of keyboards (Yamaha). Composing my own style of music I joined a few other bands that just never worked out. I then upgraded myself from the Yamaha to the Korg Tritron LE and started to form my own studio. My son Dwain Hager helped in the studio as for recording my ideas. After one year I achieved starting a studio called Hager's Audio and Video Productions and as a solo musician I finished my first album "Just the Price We Pay". But I didn't stop there; I started a second album "Shattered by the Sound" which was completed at the end of 2007. I’m currently working on the third album “Stand-n-Deliver” which will be finished for the 2008 year. Everything you hear on any three of my albums was written, composed, and played solely by myself. I am currently an unsigned artist who is a dedicated, and a hard worker. I believe I'll be a great asset to any record company whether I write my own music and perform it or sell it to other bands.
