Overview: Nikki Shae grew up on a thoroughbred horse racing farm just north of Toronto, CA. She started singing when she was just three years-old and she's been writing songs since the age of eleven. Her breakthrough came when she entered an idol singing competition. She decided to reach out to her roots and sing a Country song; Shania Twain's "Up". Nikki had been told for years by many people that her voice and writing from the heart suited Country music best. Her performance that night was phenomenal and the audience loved it. There was no doubt that Nikki was truly meant to sing Country music. Since then, Nikki taught herself to play guitar and is now writing, recording, and performing her own New Country music hits, taking inspiration from her new favourite’s, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, and Jennifer Nettles. Nikki currently resides in Florida, travelling to Nashville where she writes and records her songs. She will soon have an album completed for her fans to enjoy.
