Overview: Harley Cooper was bor the son of a carrier miltairy father. at an early age, he began to see a lot of this great big world. as a kid he lived some time in Great Britian. This is when he first became interested in music. By the time his family returned to the states, music had become his life passion. As he traveled across the USA, he was exposed to many musical influences. From country music to east and west coast pop. To midwestern and southern rock. He blended them all together, to form his own unique sound. Harley has played in numerous bands over the years. And has performed as a solo artist. Playing shows from Philly, to Balto./DC. To Richmond and Nashville. And all points in between. Currently, Harley Has been colaberating with song writer and Co-producer Patrick Coll. Together they have numerous songs signed with various nashville publishers. Harley Performs these songs at solo shows in the Balto./DC area. And the Mid Atlantic Region
