Overview: Growing up in a musical family made my journey into the songwriting world rather smooth. From nursing homes, church choirs, touring as a singing family for 6 years...etc. You could say I was doomed to have music in my blood forever. Around the age of 10, I started learning classical guitar and 4 years later transitioned into steel guitar and songwriting. Creating music came alive for me around the age of 15 and has never left me since. I'm influenced from such a wide variety of artists and genres that it's hard to pinpoint my "sound," but that's why music is awesome. There's a sound for everyone to find and like.
Mine is a mix of country, pop, folk, bluegrass, rock...etc.

The name "Grant Tucker" is actually a mixture of my two boys names. I figured that the music takes me away from them at times and using their names will keep them with me in spirit. I did receive full permission from them to use their names.
