This energetic rising country star took a trip from sunny southern California back in 1993 To see if he had what it takes to be a country singing sensation. Back in the days, there was never a day that went by, that he didn't pop in a Garth Brooks cassette. He grew up listening to Garth Brooks, at the same time patterning himself after him. Went out and bought his first guitar, and picked up a few Garth Books music books. Next thing you know he was playing and singing tunes from his mentor. As the years went by, he developed his own style. Started writing his own songs. Not bad for a teenager. Instead of running around outside with his friends he would sit inside in him and start writing songs. Country music became his life. Lived and breathed country music.
