Jonathan Harris also known as Sip Tha Kid (Born December 6th 1993) is an American rapper, songwriter, record producer, and entrepreneur from Jackson Mississippi. Sip Tha Kid has been rapping since the age of 9 and at 13 was on his first track with his brother and friend. At 15 Sip released his first solo songs under the name Sippi ("Sippi Be The Name","On My Grind","My Swagg") and at 17 he released his first mixtape NewWorldMusik with 10 tracks giving his take on the game and experiences through his life with his music. With the release of the first mixtape Sip created New World Musik Group which consist of the people who have been with Sip from the start of his rap career. Late November 2011 Canadian producer J Staffz recognized Sip's talent and produced 3 tracks for Sip to use.Early 2012 Sip got a chance to preform on the Coast To Coast Industry Mixer in Atlanta and has been preforming in different cities since. SoundTrack To A Dream is the next mixtape with "Wake Up" being the first single. With this mixtape Sip is using his lyrics to display his talents as a overall artist and to reach the bigger fan base that is building everyday.
