Overview: Formed in the summer of 2009, Ghosts in the Valley have been slugging it out in dives up and down the East Coast from D.C .to NYC. Their self described "Loud and Shouty" style comes from a steady intake of old punk, hardcore and grunge and harkens back to a time when bands where not so pretty, meant every note they played and every word they belted out. In other words, no synthesizers, skinny jeans or guy-liner for this band. The band has recently recorded a follow up to their debut album with veteran engineer Steve Albini (Nirvana, Pixies, PJ Harvey) and will be releasing in the Spring of 2012.
