The Primary is a quartet composed of Josh Vasquez (Guitar, Piano, Vocals), Matt Pedersen (Guitar, Piano, Vocals), Jacques Lescoat (Drums) and Chris Landa (Bass). The band was formed in November 2007 and has been playing the DFW area since. In 2010 The Primary self-released their first album, Days Among Giants, and after enjoying local and national success the band was signed to Independent Label Terraforming Records in 2012. In 2013 the band released their new singles "The Price You Pay," "Role Models" and "Valentine Lover" much to their fans delight. The Primary is employing a new release strategy that releases new songs almost every month and supplies their loyal fanbase more of what they crave, The Primary.
