SuCh is a Boston born, New York raised, California educated, Chicago groomed, ex-registered nurse turned Soul singer living in Colorado. The daughter of a teacher and a Haitian pastor, SuCh's musical journey began at the young age of 3. She went from leading choirs and music departments in a few major cities to making it into the top 98 of over 11,000 contestants on American Idol Season 11. Her recently released album, Stretch Marks, is comprised of ten tracks that she wrote and composed. Her style ranges from classical and jazz-pop to laid back neo soul. Her goal with this album is to give new meaning to the term "stretch marks" by encouraging her listeners to view life’s heartaches, losses and trials as growth, to harness the strength gained from battling them and to wear the resulting scars with pride.
