Google has officially come out with what might be the coolest new toy of the decade. Time magazine has announced their Best Inventions of 2012 list and included Google Glass – which is a pair of eyeglasses that presents information as the user looks in certain directions.
The information is specific to what the viewer sees, such as restaurant reviews, information about landmarks, or the closest subway station – and all the information is presented in an unobtrusive manner.
This futuristic coolness doesn’t come cheap, though, as Google Glass is set to launch in 2014 with a $1,500 price tag. (Phandroid.com)
