I've been bringing in leftovers all week for lunch and everyone around the office has asked about them! They're easy to make and SO GOOD, I thought I'd share here.

Usually I make these when I have leftover ground beef in pretty much any form. Tacos, spaghetti meat sauce, anything works! I swear it always comes out delicious (ground turkey is good too).

So if you have some leftover ground beef in the fridge, buy 2 containers of Pillsbury Biscuits (I like the butter ones), and some shredded cheese. I usually use Italian mix or Mexican mix.

Grease a muffin pan. Flatten one biscuit, and gently press it into the muffin dish. scoop in about 2-3 tablespoons ground meat/whatever, then sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 23 minutes on 350 degrees. After I make a batch of chili, I'll make a TON of these because they reheat really well, and travel great.
