An American Airlines flight was forced to make an emergency landing and kick a woman off the plane after she refused to stop singing Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You'.
The solo performance began shortly into the flight from Los Angeles to New York and her crooning quickly became too much for passengers and staff on the domestic flight last Thursday.
The pilot was forced to change course halfway through the six hour flight and make an unscheduled stop at Kansas City so officers could escort the woman from the plane.
Congratulations go out to Darius Rucker, who received an honorary doctorate of music at his Alma mater, the University of South Carolina over the weekend.
Darius was one of the speakers at the Saturday morning commencement, recalling his time at USC where he formed Hootie & Blowfish with three fellow students in 1986. In his speech, Darius described living in the Moore men's residence hall, singing Billy Joel alone in a shower that he jokingly described "as a big prison bathroom" with six showerheads and no curtain. He also encouraged students to make the most out of their education, saying, "I want you to take time, take some real time [and] find something that makes you want to give ‘til it hurts."

Texas High School student Derrick Hayes made a gesture to God after his team won the 4 x 100 relay that would have sent them to the State Championship. But his gesture was ruled as "excessive celebration" and his team was disqualified!!!
Remember the viral video of a homeless man with his funny dancing mustache? People were so impressed and touched by this guy that they decided to donate some money to help him out. The film crew recently made a return visit to him and presented him with $3-thousand and a bunch of other swag. Now that's sweet!
