Are you a regifter? We've heard a lot of arguments for and against it... Some people say you shouldn't waste a perfectly good gift you aren't going to use, you should pass it along to someone who will love it! Others say that since someone put thought into that gift for you, its disrespectful to them if you pass it along.

They say the best gifts to regift are "general" gifts... Gifts that aren't personal. Good regift items include wine, soap sets, gift cards... A new study says 4 in 10 Americans will regift this Christmas; here's the breakdown of who's regifting.

Co-workers: 20% of people surveyed re-gift to work friends.

Service providers: Cleaning people, mail persons, dog walkers, etc. come in a close second at 18%.

Church friends: 13% of re-gifting is happening at places of worship.

Neighbors:  12% of gifts you receive from neighbors are re-gifts

Teachers: 9% of study participants will re-gift for their child's teachers gift
