Is Jason Aldean the next Tim McGraw?!

Remember when Tim starred in the Academy Award-winning film, "The Blind Side"? Well it looks like Jason wants to follow in his footsteps and make the cross-over from country star to movie star!

Jason Aldean stars in a film called "Sweetwater" that will debut this January at the Sundance Film Festival! The movie also features Ed Harris and January Jones.

"Sweetwater" in late-1800's New Mexico territory in the late 1800s, and Taste of Country reports its about a fanatical religious leader, a renegade sheriff and an ex-prostitute.
