This is so beautiful! For her 18th birthday, Martina McBride took her daughter, Delaney, to get her first tattoo.

Delaney had these lyrics tattooed on her arm, "Smiles await you when you rise" from the Beatles song "Golden Slumbers"

The song was playing in the delivery room when Delaney was born... so it was the first song she ever heard! Plus, she had the lyrics tattooed in her Dad's handwriting.

Very sweet and meaningful!
