Matt Damon is using humor to get the word out about his new cause.

Matt's throwing his support behing the company Water.Org, whose goal is to provide clean water to those without access around the world.

This video is funny, but also informative!

In case you didn't catch it, here's what he said about worldwide water and sanitation:

- 780 million people (twice the population of the United States) lack access to clean water

- 2.5 billion people lack access to a toilet or basic sanitation

- More people have cellphones than have toilets

- A $25 donation provides clean water for someone for life
