Country singer Mindy McCready, at just 37 years old, passed away on Sunday due to an apparent suicide.

Mindy leaves behind her two young sons, Zander (6 years old) and Zane (10 months old).

I always enjoyed interviewing Mindy. Years ago, she was a fun-loving girl who was open and friendly.

Mindy's debut album, "Ten Thousand Angels" sold more than 2 million copies when it debuted in 1996.
