  • 2 tablespoons grade-B organic maple syrup
  • 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 10 ounces filtered water

Well now, it seems to have crossed over into the country world! Jake Owen uses the Master Cleanse! He was recently asked about it in an interview, and here's what he had to say:
