Well this is just fantastic! A group of students at high school in Texas have gotten together to create what they call "Operation Beautiful." They're encouraging female students at the school to spend less time focusing on their appearance, and more time focusing on how beautiful they are on the inside.

Its so refreshing to see young women encouraging each other in this way, when we're used to hearing so many awful stories about bullying! Maybe this trend could make its way up to high schools here in Maryland...
